Delivery information
Shipping
Your orders are currently being prepared and shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Shipments of pre-ordered items are made within the time frame indicated on the information banner on the product sheet.
Delivery
For mainland France:
- Colissimo: 48 hours
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 days
For Overseas France:
- Colissimo Overseas standard: 6 to 18 days (average time observed 7 days)
For Belgium:
- Mondial Relay (relay point): 4 to 6 days
- Mondial Relay (home): 3 to 4 days
For Switzerland:
- Colissimo Signature: 3 to 4 days
For Europe:
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 days

For home delivery in Europe, your packages are sent by Colissimo or UPS depending on the destination. Delivery times are 3 to 8 days. Delivery costs vary depending on the country and are charged from €8.90 (free from €100 of purchase). To know the exact rates, you can click on "estimate delivery costs" in your basket or contact us by e-mail.
For the United Kingdom:
- UPS standard: 48h
For international:
- Colissimo International: 10 to 21 days
Any order placed on the Little You website and delivered outside the European Union may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which will be imposed when the package reaches its destination. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These taxes are not collected by Little You and cannot be refunded.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order at any time on the "track my order" page, by entering your order number and the associated email address.
When placing an order, we strongly recommend that you include your phone number in the contact information. This will not be used for commercial purposes, but only to contact you regarding your delivery.
Returns
We accept returns of items returned within 14 days of delivery, the carrier's delivery date being the date of delivery.
If this time has passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer 2 return methods:
- Size exchange: free return and resending costs (to Mondial Relay collection point, Chronopost collection point or post office)
- Refund: Sending a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund
If you requested a refund, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Any shipping costs you may have already paid are not refundable. It may take up to 10 business days after we receive your return before your refund is received.
Exchange
If you have requested an exchange, we will send you a new item within 48 working hours of receipt and inspection of your return, provided that the chosen product is in stock (in which case we will inform you by email before validating your exchange request).
Return procedure
To initiate a return request, simply email us at: contact@little-you.fr by telling us:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- If you want an exchange or refund
Our team will send you a prepaid return slip within 48 hours (working days).
As a reminder, for To qualify for a return, your item must be clean, unused and unwashed (in the same condition that you received it).
Where to send your return package
You can drop off your return at any Mondial Relay relay point or locker.
Return to sender
Returns to sender are relatively rare, but when they do occur, they are related to:
- An error in the address when placing the order
- An inaccessible mailbox, or the exact name is not indicated on the mailbox.
- A withdrawal not made within the allotted time (within 8 days at a Relay Point, 5 days at a Locker, 15 days at a post office)
In case of return to sender, regardless of the reason, reshipping costs will be charged at a flat rate (€4.50 for Mondial Relay / €5.50 for Colissimo). This amount must be paid by the customer in order to unblock the return of the package. This amount will be payable directly from the email sent by customer service.
As returns are not returned to our premises, but to a specialized storage center, Little You will not be able to offer re-delivery costs in this type of situation.
For the same reason, if you opt for a refund rather than a return, the flat rate for re-shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund in order to cover the cost of re-shipping to our premises.
When you choose delivery to a relay point, we therefore invite you to collect your package as soon as you are informed that it is available. If you are not sure whether you will be able to collect it within the allotted time, we advise you to opt for home delivery.
