Order
I don't know what size to choose
Generally speaking, we recommend that you simply take your usual t-shirt size.
We advise you to size up one size:
- If the scarf is ordered for a man
- If you have broad shoulders
- If you have a generous chest
Has my order been taken into account?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a thank you email and a confirmation email (remember to check your spam). If you have not received it, send us an email so that we can help you: contact@little-you.fr
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we produce the scarves to order as soon as possible (1-2 working days) we cannot guarantee that this is possible. Generally, this is possible if you placed your order less than 24 hours ago.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and if your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel or modify it where possible.
Gift card, expiration date?
Gift cards are valid without an expiration date. They are not nominative and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How to use a discount code?
If you have a discount code, enter it directly from your shopping cart . Please note that if you forget to enter it, we will not be able to apply it later.
My discount code doesn't work
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other current promotional offers. If a product is currently on sale, you will therefore not be able to use a discount code.
It is also possible that your promo code has expired. Welcome promo codes are only valid for one week.
How long is my credit/gift card valid for?
Forever! At Little You, there is no expiration date
When is payment debited?
Payment is debited within 24 hours after confirmation of your order.
Delivery
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier (Mondial Relay or Colissimo), containing a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. Simply click on the link provided in your tracking email to easily track your order and its journey to your door.
What are the delivery times?
Having chosen to limit intermediaries to reduce our environmental impact as well as our labor and storage costs, our scarves are produced to order and leave directly from our workshops to arrive at your home. Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the time of year and the number of orders. The current manufacturing time is indicated on the banner at the top of the site.
Subsequently, the delivery times are:
- Colissimo delivery: 48 hours
- Mondial Relay delivery : 3 to 5 days

What are the delivery costs?
The Little You team offers you delivery in France via Mondial Relay.
France:

Belgium:

Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver throughout Europe, French overseas territories, as well as the United Kingdom.
Starting November, we will ship worldwide. International shipping costs can be calculated directly from your cart.
I didn't receive a tracking number, is this normal?
This is completely normal, don't worry! Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your package has been shipped . If you haven't received this email yet, it means that your scarf is still being manufactured by us (or soon ready to ship)!
I haven't received my order yet. Is it lost?
This is quite rare, but it does happen sometimes. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our team via email, we will be happy to help you.
How much time do I have to collect my package from the relay point?
Please note the new deadlines set by Mondial Relay to collect your package:
- In Locker: the time to collect your package is 5 days
- Relay Point: you have 8 days to collect your package
If you are unable to collect or have your package collected within the time frame specified, your package will be returned to us.
Please note that we have no way of extending the storage period for your packages.
Why was my package delivered to another Relay Point?
Depending on the season, the number of parcels sent per day is more or less high, which sometimes leads to saturation at the storage level in the Relay Points. When the Relay Points are saturated, the parcel can therefore be dropped off at another collection point.
These changes are the initiative of Mondial Relay and the Little You team cannot intervene in any way if this were to happen.
My package was returned to sender
Returns to sender are rare, but when they do occur, they are related to:
- An error in the address when placing the order
- An inaccessible mailbox, or the exact name is not indicated on the mailbox.
- A withdrawal not made within the allotted time (within 8 days at Point Relais®, 5 days at Locker, 15 days at post office)
The cost of reshipping the returned package is set at €4.50 (Mondial Relay) and €5.50 (Colissimo).
This amount must be paid by the customer in order to unblock the return of the package directly from the email sent by customer service.
When you choose delivery to a relay point, we therefore invite you to collect your package within the allotted time. If you are not sure of being able to collect it quickly, we advise you to opt for home delivery.
As returns are managed by a specialized logistics center, we unfortunately cannot offer re-delivery costs in this type of situation.
For the same reason, if you opt for a refund rather than a return, the re-shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund in order to cover the cost of re-routing to our premises.
Returns and Refunds
If my order doesn't suit me, can I return it?
Of course! You have 14 days to return the product if it does not suit you. For more information on the return terms, please consult our return policy.
What is the reimbursement period?
Allow 2-5 days from receipt of your package.
Why is my return refused?
A returned scarf may be refused for the following reasons:
• Snag, hole, pulled thread, unstitched (not reported when you requested a return)
• Stains and other soiling or odors related to obvious use
If your return is refused, photo evidence will be sent to you. No refund or credit will be given. Any reshipping costs will be at your expense.
We therefore invite you to return your scarves in perfect condition for resale as indicated in our return conditions.
I tried the sling on my baby, can I still return it?
Of course! You have every right to try the sling with your baby.
Just make sure to return it in perfect resalable condition as outlined in our return policies.
Manufacturing
What are the scarves made of?
Our scarves are made from cotton (95%) and a little spandex (5%) to allow for some elasticity.
All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
This means that our fabrics have been tested for the presence of more than 1000 harmful substances. Each item bearing the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having successfully passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.
